Returns Eligibility:

  • Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products being sold, we cannot accept any returns or process any refunds. 
  • This is due to hygiene and steralisation reasons.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product and have not opened the packaging, then you may be able to speak to a member of staff when coming into store, and they may allow you to exchange. But this is to their discretion and is not likely. 

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue.
  • Depending on the issue, we may be able to offer an exchange or re-send the product out, but again, this is to the managers discretion and should not be expected.

Cancellations:

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not been shipped yet.
